Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form, viewing a catalogue or discussing an idea does not confirm an order or create a paid engagement. Scope, deliverables, fees, taxes where applicable, payment schedule, dependencies, revisions, timeline and support must be agreed in writing before work begins. An agreed project contract governs that engagement and takes precedence where it differs from these website terms.
Quotes, dependencies and changes
Quotes depend on the agreed requirements and any stated validity period. Client content, approvals, third-party access and feedback can affect delivery. Additional features, revision rounds or scope changes require agreement on any resulting cost and timeline. Hosting, domains, software subscriptions and production/shipping costs are included only when expressly stated.
Apparel and physical fulfilment
Catalogue items are enquiry-based. Fabric composition, GSM, sizes, colours, artwork, print method, quantities, sampling, tolerances, production lead time, dispatch and delivery charges must be confirmed in the quotation or order specification. Images are illustrative and screens can affect colour appearance. Please approve the agreed specification before production.
Ownership and permissions
Website branding, layouts and original materials must not be copied or represented as your own without permission. Third-party assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Client work ownership, source-code handover, licensing and portfolio permission are determined by the written project agreement. You must have permission to use any artwork, data or content you supply.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or spam, impersonate others, misuse enquiry forms, or interfere with the website. We may restrict abusive requests and take reasonable steps to maintain security.
Demos, AI and external links
