Who this policy covers
This policy covers neyugen.com, operated under the name Neyugen Solutions, based in Delhi, India. For privacy questions or requests, email neyugenofficial@gmail.com. Linked products and third-party websites may have their own policies.
Information you share
Our enquiry form collects your name, business name, email, selected service, project description and consent. Phone/WhatsApp, budget and timeline are optional for general enquiries. Apparel requests additionally collect society/college, WhatsApp number, residence and delivery addresses, required date, product/GSM/colour/size quantities, optional artwork and design instructions. Artwork is stored privately for authorised staff to download and review. Please upload only artwork you are authorised to share. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive material through this form.
Guided assistant
Ask NEYUGEN uses preset questions to organise requirements. Answers stay in the page until you choose to continue to a form. That action uses this tab’s session storage for a one-time transfer, accepted for up to 30 minutes and removed when read. No AI chat provider receives the conversation. You review and submit the enquiry form separately. Choosing WhatsApp opens the summary there for you to review before sending.
Technical information
Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request timestamps, browser/request information and security logs to serve and protect the website. The application temporarily uses client IP addresses for enquiry rate limiting. We do not use this information for advertising profiles.
Why we use information
We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, respond, prepare a quotation and discuss a possible project. Information needed for an agreed engagement may also be used to deliver and support it, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting and sharing
The website and enquiry database are hosted through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Authorised team members and service providers may access information as needed for the purposes described here. Infrastructure may process data outside your location. We do not sell enquiry information. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect legitimate rights and security.
Retention
We aim to review inactive enquiries for deletion after 90 days. This is an operational review, not an automatic deletion feature. Records needed for active discussions, a project, accounting, a dispute or applicable obligations may be retained longer. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules.
Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, withdraw consent for further enquiry handling, or raise a privacy concern by emailing neyugenofficial@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Include your enquiry reference if available. We may verify your identity proportionately before acting. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing a discussion; some records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law. Applicable statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
Cookies and external services
Optional Google Analytics is enabled only when you choose Accept analytics. It measures page visits and actions such as WhatsApp clicks and successfully saved enquiries; it does not receive your form details. Analytics cookies may identify repeat visits. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Analytics choices in the footer. See our Cookie & Tracking Notice. WhatsApp, LinkedIn and linked product demos are external services; opening them subjects you to their own privacy practices.
Security and children
We use HTTPS, access controls and input validation, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. This is a business-enquiry website, not a service directed at children. Please do not submit children’s personal information. Contact us if such information has been submitted so we can review removal.
Changes and contact
